Fifty-fifty vision

  Later this year I am going to celebrate my 50 th birthday.  Fifty is a number associated with Jubilee festivities, which in the ancient laws of the Torah   were a time to reset: enabling places and people to flourish in freedom.  I am putting the idea of jubilee – helping places and people flourish - at the centre of my birthday celebrations. One way I am doing this is to undertake a challenge to raise money for three charities which help people flourish:           Urban Devotion Birmingham               Birmingham Mind           The International Justice Mission These three charities tackle major issues: mental health, modern day slavery and supporting young people. My challenge is to complete the Sprint Triathlon in Stratford and use that as an occasion to raise funds for these three amazing charities.  I believe we can create more change if we do this...
